This combination provides broad-spectrum antibacterial coverage—Neomycin targets gram-negative and some gram-positive bacteria, Polymyxin B is effective against gram-negative organisms, and Bacitracin works mainly against gram-positive bacteria. Together, they help protect wounds from infection and promote faster healing. |
