Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that relaxes smooth muscles in the gut, reducing abdominal cramping and pain. Clidinium is an anticholinergic that decreases gastric acid secretion and gut motility. Chlordiazepoxide is a benzodiazepine that helps reduce anxiety and stress, which can aggravate gastrointestinal symptoms.
